Telehealth Therapy

Telehealth psychotherapy is conducted via secure videoconferencing and allows us to engage in thoughtful, depth-oriented work while offering flexibility and accessibility. Sessions follow the same collaborative, reflective approach as in-person therapy, and many clients find they are able to engage meaningfully from the comfort of their own space.

As with any therapeutic format, telehealth brings its own considerations. We take time to attend to privacy, pacing, and how the experience feels for you, and we adjust as needed so the work remains supportive and effective. While it can take a brief period to settle into the online format, most clients find that telehealth offers a steady and meaningful therapeutic experience over time.

Telehealth sessions are offered to adults residing in Illinois, Texas, and PSYPACT-participating states through a HIPAA-compliant platform. You will receive a secure link prior to each session, and I’m happy to answer any questions as you get started.
